Welcome to the Undergraduate Advising Center!
The College of Humanities and Social Sciences Undergraduate Advising Center serves students who have declared a major, minoring, an interest, or are considering a major, in the College. We assist students with appropriate course selection, fulfilling general education requirements, understanding pre-requisite requirements for their major, creating academic plans, and finding and referring students to other campus resources for their academic success.
Advising is an integral approach in a student’s progression toward graduation. Academic advising helps students to navigate through the rules and regulations of the Institute; helps students stay on track for graduation; disarm the traps of class pre-requisites; guard against students taking additional classes that will cost more money and delay graduation.

Spring 2020 Registration:
Please check DegreeWorks in OwlExpress to view your time ticket as well as any registration holds on your account.
Students with less than 30 credit hours have a 30-hour hold and must see an advisor to have this hold removed.
Spring 2020 registration for current students will open Monday, November 4, 2019 and end on Wednesday, January 1, 2020.
