The RCHSS Undergraduate Advising Center offers 3 types of advising experiences: Drop-ins, Traditional Hours Advising, and Evening Advising.

Drop-ins
Drop-Ins: Our drop ins will be offered 9-11:30 on Mondays and Tuesdays and 1-4 on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Fridays will be by appointment only. In order for us to best assist you please be here no later than 15 minutes before the listed end time if you would like to do a drop in. You can call 470-578-7728 for a virtual drop in or come to our office in Willingham Hall suite 202 for an in person drop in. Please have your student ID# ready so we can set you up for your drop in.
Drop-in Instructions:
Virtual Drop-ins: Call (470) 578-7728 to request to meet with a drop-in advisor. When the advisor is ready, they will email you a Microsoft Teams link to join, so have your KSU email open!
Face-to-Face Drop-ins: Come to 202 Willingham Hall, sign-up for advising at the front desk.
PLEASE NOTE:
Drop-in appointments are limited to 15 minutes max; this is a great opportunity for a quick answer to your questions.
Drop-ins aren’t applicable for: readmit advising holds or SAP Appeal. Please schedule a regular advising appointment if your discussion is more in-depth in nature. -
Traditional Hours Advising
The UAC offers both face-to-face and virtual advising appointments Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Please click the link below and enter your KSU NetID and password to schedule an appointment.

Evening Advising
The UAC offers 30-minute virtual appointments on select weeknights from 5-8 pm. These meetings will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. Please click the link below and enter your KSU NetID and password to schedule an appointment.
