Dr. Crowder continues his committment to community outreach and training

KENNESAW, Ga. (Oct 23, 2019) — On October 22, Dr. Stan Crowder conducted a 2-hour ethics seminar for over 100-deputies with the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office. Working with the Training Officer, Captain John Gunning, Dr. Crowder developed an ethics seminar based on the directions and concerns of the Sheriff. Dr. Crowder said, "These opportunities to assist our law enforcement agencies in training needs provides not only an opportunity to share our expertise and learning, it also keeps academics linked into the current events, tasks, conditions and standards facing today's law enforcement and corrections professionals. I am proud that several of the current deputies came from the KSU CJ program and are doing an outstanding job in our community."
