Successful dissertation defenses clear the way for three students to graduate in December

 

KENNESAW, Ga. (Dec 10, 2014) — On Tuesday, December 16, 2014, Joseph Kingsley Adjei, Edoh Agbehonou and Claudia Stura will be awarded a Doctor of Philosophy degree, after successfully defending their dissertations to complete the requirements of the PhD program in International Conflict Management. 

Mr. Adjei's dissertation titled "Assets or Liabilities? Civil Society Organizations and Peacebuilding in Bawku East Municipality of Ghana"; Mr. Agbehonou's dissertation titled "A Preventive Approach to Post-Election Conflicts in Contemporary Africa"; and Ms. Stura's dissertation titled "The Multicultural Goal: The Acculturation Experiences of Foreign Elite Athletes in the United States" all passed after a successful presentation to their dissertation committee, faculty, program administration and colleagues.
