Seven new anthropology course proposals have been approved by UPCC

 

KENNESAW, Ga. (Mar 17, 2011) —  Seven new course proposals (ANTH 3303 - Introduction to Linguistic Anthropology; ANTH 3340 - Religion, Magic, and Culture; ANTH 3345 - Food and Culture; ANTH 3355 - Capitalisms and Culture in Asia; ANTH 3360 - Anthropology and Africa; ANTH 3365 - Afro-Brazilian Culture and Politics; and ANTH 4430 - Environmental Anthropology Field Methods) have all been approved by the UPCC (The Undergraduate Policies and Curriculum Committee) starting in the fall of 2011. New changes to the anthropology program and existing courses have also been approved.
