MSIPM Now Participates in Peace Corps Fellows/USA Program

KENNESAW, Ga. (May 25, 2010) — In October 2009, Dr. Michele Zebich-Knos met with officials at Peace Corps headquarters in Washington, D.C. to propose expanding the Peace Corps Fellows/USA Program to include CHSS’ Master of Science in International Policy Management (MSIPM). This effort became reality after receiving Peace Corps approval and was positive news for the Department of Political Science and International Affairs which houses the MSIPM.

On May 12, 2010 Kennesaw State University President Dan Papp signed a Memorandum of Agreement Addendum with Peace Corps Director Aaron S.Williams to officially add the Master of Science in International Policy Management to the Peace Corps Fellows/USA Program. This expands our existing KSU-Peace Corps relationship which, until now, included only Coles College of Business programs.
