KSU Anthropology major Charles Brummeler wins CETL Undergraduate Research & Creative Activities (URCA) Funding Award

 

KENNESAW, Ga. (Mar 4, 2015) — KSU Anthropology major Charles Brummeler won an Undergraduate Research & Creative Activities (URCA) Funding Award to present a paper at the 2015 meeting of the Georgia Academy of Sciences. His paper, co-authored with KSU Anthropology Alumni Antonio Mendez and supervised by Dr. Teresa Raczek, is entitled Bangles, Beads, and other Chalcolithic Things: An Analysis of the Material Culture at Pachamta, Rajasthan, India. It is based on his research conducted this past winter in India. URCA is funded by KSU's Center for Teaching and Learning (CETL).
