Dr. Tanja Link Collaborates with Acivilate to Win Georgia Research Alliance Award

KENNESAW, Ga. (Mar 24, 2017) — Congratulations to Dr. Tanja Link, Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice, on being funded together with Acivilate, a KSU affiliated start up company, by the Georgia Research Alliance (GRA) to develop an integrated case management platform to help individuals released from the criminal justice system. The idea will help reduce recidivism and dropout rates and save money for local governments. The GRA helps finance companies emerging from Georgia universities and normally funds more science related ventures. This award is an exciting recognition of both emerging technology in this field and the rising quality of research here at KSU.
