Dr. McMahon-Howard is co-winner of the Pacific Sociological Association's 2010 Distinguished Contribution to Sociological Perspectives Award

 

KENNESAW, Ga. (Mar 10, 2010) — The Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice at Kennesaw State University is pleased to announce that Dr. Jennifer McMahon-Howard is the co-winner of the Pacific Sociological Association's 2010 Distinguished Contribution to Sociological Perspectives Award. The Award is for her article "Criminalizing Spousal Rape: The Diffusion of Legal Reforms". The Award will be presented at PSA's annual meeting in Oakland, California on April 9, 2010. Congratulations to Dr. McMahon-Howard for this accomplishment.
