Dr. Christopher Totten published in the Washington University Global Studies Law Review

KENNESAW, Ga. (Oct 12, 2015) — Dr. Christopher Totten recently published an article in the Washington University Global Studies Law Review (Volume 13, Issue 4). His co-authors on this article are two former students of his, MSCJ student Ayomipo Ojutalayo, who is now also a J.D. Candidate at Howard University School of Law, and Hina Asghar, who recently completed her J.D. at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.  The article, entitled “The ICC Kenya Case:  Implications and Impact for Propio Motu and Complementarity,” evaluates and analyzes the jurisprudential and policy implications of the International Criminal Court’s (ICC’s) case in Kenya  against several prominent individuals, including the Deputy President of Kenya.  Washington University School of Law in St. Louis ranks in the top 20 of United States law schools.  The journal itself ranks 63rd among 100 English-language law journals in print in the United States in the field of international law.  The journal also has a solid citations score (274, or in top half of journals listed for the field).   The recommended citation is --- Christopher Totten, Hina Asghar, and Ayomipo Ojutalayo, The ICC Kenya Case: Implications and Impact for Propio Motu and Complementarity, 13 Wash.
