Dr. Chris Totten (Criminal Justice) presented a paper at Duke University

 

KENNESAW, Ga. (Mar 17, 2016) — Dr. Chris Totten, Assoc. Prof. of Criminal Justice (Law), was invited to present a paper at a symposium sponsored by the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law at Duke University School of Law. The symposium was entitled "Foreign Official Immunity under Domestic and International Law." The title of Dr. Totten's presentation was “The Adjudication of Foreign Official Immunity Determinations in the United States and Beyond Post-Samantar.” The symposium was held on November 13, 2015. Dr. Totten was able to bring his graduate research assistant at the time, MSCJ student James Purdon, to the symposium. {Note: James recently graduated from the MSCJ program in Dec. 2015.]
