Congratulations to our winners! ISD brings home several University Awards

 

KENNESAW, Ga. (Aug 11, 2016) — The faculty, staff, and students of Interdisciplinary Studies Department accepted their well-deserved awards this morning at the Opening of the University Awards Ceremony.

American Studies graduate student and Diversity Specialist for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Stephanie Hogue took home the Staff Senate Scholarship for 2016. 

Gender and Women's Studies and English professor, Laura Davis was one of two finalists for the University Outstanding Teaching Award. 

Cherie Miller, Administrative Specialist for ISD, took home the Outstanding Community Engagement Award for her efforts with Etowah Valley Humane Society as an animal rescuer.
