Congratulations to INCM Alumna, Dr. Catherine Odera

 

KENNESAW, Ga. (Feb 15, 2017) — Dr. Catherine Odera is the recipient of the Madhuri and Jagdish N. Sheth Distinguished International Alumni Award for Exceptional Humanitarian and Service Achievement in recognition of her humanitarian and scholarly work in support of young women and displaced persons in Kenya and around the world. The Sheth Distinguished Alumni Award for Exceptional Humanitarian and Service Achievement is bestowed in honor of an international Kennesaw State University alumni "who is distinguished in their profession through international activity; has contributed to their global community through exceptional service to government, humanity, science, art, and/or human welfare; and who exemplifies the strength of their education at Kennesaw State University.

Dr. Catherine Odera graduated with her PhD in International Conflict Management. She is now the Assistant Director of International Student Programs and Multicultural Student Affairs in the Department of Student Engagement and the Co-Chair of Commission of Race and Ethnic Dialogue at Kennesaw State University.
