College receives grant from Canadian Government for upcoming Conference

 

KENNESAW, Ga. (Oct 21, 2009) — The College of Humanities and Social Sciences is proud to announce that it has received a grant from the Canadian Government for the hosting the upcoming Canadian Studies Conference entitled “North American Integration in an Era of Political-Economic Turbulence”. The conference is scheduled to be held March 4-6, 2010 at Kennesaw State University in collaboration with the Centre for North American Politics and Society at Carleton University in Ottawa. Coordinating this event are Dr. Richard Vengroff of Kennesaw State University, Dr. Jeffrey Ayres of St. Michaels College, and Laura Macdonald of Carleton University. The target audience is the academic, business and wider policy-making communities. More information about the conference will become available at a later date.
