AKD-Mu Induction Ceremony was held on November 30th

KENNESAW, Ga. (Dec 7, 2016) — Alpha Kappa Delta – Mu, the KSU chapter of the International Sociology Honor Society, held an induction ceremony on campus on November 30th. Ten new members were inducted, the largest group for the past two years, nine of whom were present to receive their certificates and cords for graduation:

The group’s faculty advisor, Dr. Richard Hutchinson, said a few words on the importance of service for the exceptional students, using their gifts to help others, and on the importance of movements for social justice in the period ahead.

The group’s president, Justin Maslanka greeted the new members, and informed them about the group’s activities and plans for the Spring 2017 semester.

Afterward, most of attendees met for a celebratory dinner.
