Julie Henderson (SOCI/MSCJ) and Dr. McCafferty publish "Intake" in The Encyclopedia of Juvenile Delinquency and Justice

KENNESAW, Ga. (Nov 21, 2017) — Julie Henderson (SOCI grad and current MSCJ student) and Dr. McCafferty published "Intake" in The Encyclopedia of Juvenile Delinquency and Justice.  The encyclopedia entry focused on the intake meeting between a juvenile, their parents/legal guardian, and a court official to review criminal complaints. This process typically marks the beginning of the juvenile justice system.
