INCM Student Joel Elliott Selected as a Graduate Assistant at the Carter Center for FY 2016-2017

KENNESAW, Ga. (Jul 29, 2016) — Second year INCM student Joel Elliott has been selected as a paid Graduate Assistant at The Cater Center for FY 2016-2017. Joel has been working on the Syrian conflict, using open-source data to increase the body of knowledge at The Carter Center Syrian Conflict Mapping Project.  In August, he will start working on a different project:  Countering Daesh (ISIS) Recruitment Propaganda through Mobilization of Religious Leaders and Media.
