Dr. Charles Aust awarded at 2008 USG Customer Service Awards

KENNESAW, Ga. (Oct 20, 2008) — The College of Humanities and Social Sciences and Department of Communication are proud to announce that the University System of Georgia (USG) has awarded Dr. Charles Aust with a bronze for Individual Customer Service at the 2008 USG Customer Service Awards. This award is awarded to those individuals who have demonstrated the most outstanding service to our customers over the last year. Their actions reflect all five of the state’s customer service attributes: COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, ACCESSIBLE, RESPONSIVE, and KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Along with Dr. Aust's award, Kennesaw State University received three other awards including Customer Service Institution of the Year.
